We write production-grade firmware for ESP32, nRF52, and STM32 microcontrollers. Our work covers real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS, Zephyr), low-power optimization for battery-operated devices, secure OTA update mechanisms, and robust communication protocols — BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, MQTT. Pre-industrialization

A working prototype is not yet a manufacturable product. We revisit every technical decision with production in mind: design for manufacturing (DFM), certifications for your target markets (CE for Europe, FCC for the United States, RCM for Australia, IMDA for Singapore etc.), production partner selection, and the trade-offs between design, dimensions, and legal compliance.

Every device leaves the production line registered, programmed, packaged, and ready for shipping, then it is maintained for years. We build the infrastructure that keeps your fleet operational: secure provisioning, OTA updates, warranty management, and continuous quality control for materials and assembly. Your product isn't delivered just once—it's operated over time.
