Gretel Builder

Gretel Builder is a visual finite state machine (FSM) editor developed in-house by Logitale for embedded firmware. Gretel graphically models the application lifecycle — states, transitions, conditions, actions — and generates a complete C project, ready to compile, compliant with the MISRA-C rules used in automotive, aerospace and medical industries. Built-in validators (transition consistency, identifier uniqueness, composite hierarchy) and a uniform hardware abstraction layer (HAL) decouple business logic from the SoC. Cross-platform: ESP32 and nRF52 supported and verified on real hardware; STM32 on the roadmap. The goal: reduce structural firmware errors by making them visible at design time, rather than at runtime.
