Security lead

Germain Boukebous, Director of Công ty TNHH Logitale, is accountable for product security at Logitale: the security of the firmware, hardware and software we design, the handling of vulnerabilities reported to us, and the response to security incidents involving our work. What our product security work covers

• Secure design and review of the firmware, PCBs and connected devices we build for our clients, from prototype to small series.
• Vulnerability identification and remediation on our own products, sites and infrastructure, and on client systems we built or maintain, each under the client’s written authorization.
• Analysis of compromised devices returned from the field, to extract indicators and fix root causes.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue in a Logitale product, in this website or in a system we operate, write to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. We acknowledge reports within three business days and keep you informed until the issue is resolved. We ask you not to access or alter data that is not yours and not to test systems belonging to our clients without their written authorization.
